  • No. HATOZA Trailer Hire offers a click and collect, self service only. Please ensure that you are familiar how to connect and operate a trailer prior to hiring a trailer. Please see our Self Service Guide and Attaching A Trailer Guide for more information.

  • All trailers are fitted with 7 pin flat connector. Please note HATOZA Hire does not provide converters for round plugs.

  • HATOZA Trailer Hire provides D shackles (found in the tool box), please make sure these are returned at the completion of your hire.

    If trailer has a wheel chock, please ensure chock is secured in the tool box when not in use.

    HATOZA Trailer Hire does not provide straps or other restraining equipment. The hirer is responsible for securing all loads to the trailer.

    If the Trailer is not booked post your hire period, you can extend the booking for an additional hire fee based on the then current pricing.

  • There is no insurance or damage cover provided by HATOZA Trailer Hire during the Hire Period and the Trailer is used by You and any Authorised Driver at Your own risk.

    If You have comprehensive insurance on the Towing Vehicle You should check with Your insurer as to whether the Trailer is covered for Damage and if not You do not have insurance or damage cover for the Trailer and You should be aware that You operate the Trailer at Your own risk.

    HATOZA Trailer Hire is not responsible for any Damage caused to Your property or the property of any third party resulting from Your use of the Trailer.

    We strongly recommend that You obtain Your own insurance cover that provides:

    (i) cover for You and any Authorised Driver for Damage to the Trailer and the Trailer's market value if it is stolen and not recovered or written off as a result of an Accident; and

    (ii) indemnity to You or any Authorised Driver for any claim for Third Party Loss arising from an Accident that occurs during the Rental Period.

    Please refer to Clause 6 of the Terms and Conditions of Hire.

  • A booking can be cancelled by providing HATOZA Trailer Hire with a minimum 24 hours notice prior to the hire period commencing. You will receive 100% refund of your Hire Charge less an administrative fee of $10.00 (inclusive of GST) within 7 business days of the cancellation.
